J.J.Valaya had as usual as a full house for his show.This Zardozi king somehow always seem to revive this ancient art and take it to new heights in every show. This designer makes his men’s wear as interesting as his creation for women. If for the fair sex he had soft pastel shades in chiffons and georgette, his intricate embroidery and cuts for the men’s sherwanis were eye-openers. Sarees with black boots—only JJ could be bold enough to show us that contrast. Because this show was based on flower power, he did try to keep the innocence by using pale colours with flower motifs.
